If there is a problem with my IRIS / Payouts transaction, what should I do?
To be able to do an investigation at your request, please provide data for the following points:
1.) Reference Number for IRIS / Payouts transactions,
2.) Time of transaction (Date & Time),
3.) Amount of the transaction,
4.) Attachment of account entries or historical Gopay transactions (if related to GoPay transactions).
Related data can be sent via our contact us page, fill out the form and submit it. And please wait at the latest 1x24 hours (working days). The Midtrans team will provide an explanation regarding the status of the transaction, based on this data.
