If there is a problem with my IRIS / Payouts transaction, what should I do?
To be able to do an investigation at your request, please provide data for the following points:
1.) Reference Number for IRIS / Payouts transactions,
2.) Time of transaction (Date & Time),
3.) Amount of the transaction,
4.) Attachment of account entries or historical Gopay transactions (if related to Gopay transactions).
Related data can be sent via email firstname.lastname@example.org, and please wait at the latest 1x24 hours (working days). The Midtrans team will provide an explanation regarding the status of the transaction, based on this data.
