Login problem with the message "This IP address is not in whitelist", what should I do?

IP Whitelist login problem is caused by activating this feature on your Midtrans dashboard, so that login can only be done using a device with a registered IP.

You can manage this feature via MAP in the Account menu > IP Whitelist.

Or if you want this feature to be disabled, please contact the Midtrans Support Team at support@midtrans.com by informing the user the email you wish to disable.
