How can I modify transaction rules?

You can do that by sending email to, with details below:

  • Your Merchant ID,
  • The old rules (from Midtrans) that bothers you,
  • The new rules (from you),
  • Reason why you need to change the rules.

We will analyze your request and give you feedback as soon as possible. Please be aware that we might not approve your request for security reasons.
