How can I cancel a transaction?

A transaction can be canceled BEFORE SETTLEMENT (D+1 at 16.00 PM). Below is the step by step:

  1. Log in to your Midtrans portal,
  2. Go to 'TRANSACTIONS' menu,
  3. Click the order ID you need to cancel,
  4. Click 'CANCEL' button on the right top corner.

NOTE: For security reason, we are limiting ourselves to access your Merchant Administration Portal, includes canceling your transaction. ONLY IF you have a problem canceling, please contact us at support@midtrans.com along with the order ID you need to cancel and the transaction time & date.
