Is there any legal document that we need to submit?

Yes. You need to submit some documents in order to connect and accept payments with Midtrans. For most payment methods, the required documents are:

  1. Copy or scan of ID (KTP / KITAS / Passport);
  2. Copy or scan of NPWP - Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (Tax ID Number);
  3. Merchant Registration Form provided by Midtrans; and
  4. Signed Agreement provided by Midtrans.

However, some payment methods may require additional documents (i.e. Articles of Association or Akta Perusahaan, Business Permit or Surat Izin Usaha Perusahaan/Izin Usaha Tetap, and/or others).
